Is the site secure?

Yes www.mobilephonetown.co.uk  is on a secure server. Rest assured your credit card details will not fall into the wrong hands.

Do I have time to change my mind?

Yes, you have the right to cancel their order before the sale is concluded. Also, in line due diligence regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up seven days after you receive your order.

Is delivery free?

Yes. Unless stated otherwise, all prices include next working day UK delivery. A charge may be added for deliveries outside the UK. However, we’ll let you know if this is the case before you we post you any goods.

When will I receive my goods?

If your contract phone network credit check is successful and your order is received before 3.30pm, we’ll post your order the next working day. We’ll then email to inform you when you pass through a stage of the delivery process.

What is the minimum term contract on pay monthly phones?

Pay monthly mobile phones have a minimum term contract of 12months. However, this is dependent on the offer you choose - so your contract could be 12, 18 or 24 months.

What about my Privacy?

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. In processing your order, it’s essential that we send information about you to your chosen network.

The information we will ask you for includes your name, address, phone number, email address and credit/debit card details. However, we won’t ever collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies, we will promptly delete or correct it. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam). We will not email you unless you have given us your consent.

We hold your personal information safely and in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area), we will always obtain your consent first.

So what about 'cookies'?

We use ‘cookie’ technology to help the shopping system to record the contents of your basket, ensure the correct products are ordered at the checkout and to facilitate navigation throughout the store.

The use of a ‘cookie’ involves storing a small file on your computer that identifies your browser to our server. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.  However, if you do ‘disable cookies’, then you will be unable to make a purchase from our online shop.

How can I be removed from your mailing list?

If you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list, simply send an email to enquiries@mobilephonetown.co.uk  with 'unsubscribe' as the subject line.

What if I have a complaint?

We are always looking for ways to improve our service. So, if you have a complaint please call us on 08450 405886.

We hope that you never find the need to complain. If you do, then we promise to deal with any complaint fairly, confidentially, effectively and speedily. We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days and keep you informed about its progress.

Can I change my tariff after I have bought a phone?

As you can see from our pricelist, pay monthly phones are sold at prices specific to a chosen tariff. Any discount given on any particular tariff is subject to remaining on that tariff for a period of at least 120 days depending on your chosen network. Please refer to the terms and conditions of your contract for further details. If you change tariff before that time, you will be billed a minimum of £200 and possibly more depending on the tariff you moved to. Can I transfer my old number to my new phone and what does 'porting' mean?
